My journey started in 2010 when my youngest son was diagnosed with ADHD. Like most moms, I trusted the doctors and followed their recommendations, hoping medication would help him thrive. Watching him struggle was one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced as a mom.

I searched everywhere for answers—trying everything I could—but nothing seemed to help. His challenges at school only grew worse, and I felt helpless as I watched him struggle to keep up and lose friendships along the way. I knew deep down there had to be another way.
