My journey began back in 2010, the day my youngest son was diagnosed with ADHD. Like so many moms, I trusted the experts and followed their advice. We tried the medications, hoping they’d bring him relief and help him thrive. But instead of healing, we found heartbreak.
My vibrant, energetic little boy began to disappear before my eyes. He stopped eating, lost interest in the things he once loved, and slowly faded into someone I hardly recognized. Watching him struggle—day after day—was one of the most painful experiences of my life. As a mom, all I wanted was to take his pain away, but I didn’t know how.
I searched endlessly for answers, trying every recommendation I could find. Still, nothing worked. His challenges at school only intensified, and I watched as his confidence, joy, and friendships began to slip away. I felt helpless. But deep in my heart, I knew—there had to be another way.
Then, a neighbor shared something unexpected with me: essential oils. I’ll be honest—I was skeptical. But I was also out of options… and full of hope. I gave them a try.
And everything changed.
Within days, his teachers noticed something different. He was calmer. More focused. Happier. For the first time in years, I saw him again. That spark in his eyes. That lightness in his step. That moment was the beginning of our healing.
Since then, I’ve poured my heart into learning, growing, and finding natural ways to support not just my son—but our whole family. And now, it’s my mission to walk with you on your journey.
